The global economy has seen several large developments within the renewable energy industry in recent years. Such trends include the commercialization of renewable energy sources, an increase in the affordability of renewable technologies, a rise in demand for energy storage, and a greater consciousness in reducing global greenhouse gas emissions.
As Japan grapples with long-term macroeconomic and socio-economic issues that risk undermining the Japanese economy, Japanese firms are looking aboard for new business opportunities. This report examines the rise of Corporate Japan in its ambition to go global to seize new markets and attain growth. From my research, I believe that the United States, Vietnam, and India present the greatest opportunities for Japanese companies and investors.
